Estate Sale Process
Once the sale date is scheduled we must have access to your home a week or two prior to the sale. At that time we take control. Our crew will organized, stage, and price all furnishings and miscellaneous items to be sold.
We monitor and supervise buyers by having staff members in each main area of the sale.
When the sale is complete there are many easy options for unsold items. With your consent we can consign, donate, or dispose of some, or all, of the merchandise.
We offer moving, cleaning, and delivery services at an additional cost.
Before coming to your home we ask that you know what items you want to sell. This is important because it enables us to make an accurate evaluation of your sale.
Once an agreement is made we will schedule the sale date. We prepare for the sale a week or two prior to the event. Advertising must be placed the week prior to the sale.
Customers and clients are informed of your sale through special email invitations. We have an extensive emails list, and ads are written to properly promote your sale with photographs and descriptions. Announcements are posted in all the local newspapers and their Internet services.
Also, ads promoting the sale are listed on the Internet sites: EstateSales.net, Craig’s List, and other social networking sites such as: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Professional signage is placed to guide buyers to your sale and also to attract weekend drivers.
